You can return products, with the exception of:
- Wheels made to order for you
- Spokes whose bag has been opened
- Parts that have been mounted
We do not provide shipping labels and do not reimburse shipping costs.
Return or bring your product accompanied by the packing slip or invoice and write "Return" on it in pen
After receipt, the purchase amount will be transferred to you on the bank account number that was used to pay for the order.
As stated in our webshop, we have a minimum order amount of €15.00
If after deducting your returned goods the total amount of the delivered goods (excluding shipping costs) is less than €15.00, the difference between the two will be retained by us.
