You can easily register a wheel for repair via "Put together a wheel" (link at the top) with the reuse of your rim and/or hub. Follow the procedure there.
You can also assemble completely new wheels here.
IMPORTANT WHEN YOU SUPPLY PARTS; Please state your order number (OR number) with the parts you supply.
First register your repair via "Assemble a wheel"
Add a print of the order confirmation to the package. You will receive this by email after registration. If you do not have a printer available, it is also sufficient to state the order number (this is the OR number, not Mollie's transaction number) on a piece of scrap paper in the box. This is stated in the subject of the email.
We receive around 20 boxes of repair orders here every day, so it is very important that you include the order number with your shipment, otherwise we will not know what to do.
It is not possible to supply your own spokes and/or spoke nipples. We only use SAPIM spokes from our own stock.
We do not do wheels with Straight Pull spokes, only J-Bend spokes
