As a rule, orders placed before 3:00 PM on working days will be shipped the same day (if in stock).

We need a maximum of 3 working days in the workshop to build a wheel (excluding any shipping time).

We only ship with GLS.

If you have a wheel built by us and have it shipped to you, we will create a shipping label for our carrier GLS during the preparation of the order.

However, carrier GLS will already send you an e-mail at that time with the message "We have received a package for you" while in fact they mean "A shipment has been registered for you with us".

We need a maximum of 3 full working days to build the wheel. However, if GLS has not received a package from us 24 hours after registration, they will send you an automatic message with the message "No package received, delivery not yet possible".

So there is nothing wrong, it is just confusing communication from GLS.

In principle, the day that you received the invoice from us by e-mail is also the day that the package was transferred by us to GLS.

We have to get a lot done with a small team and this is the most efficient way for us to work. Thank you for your understanding.
